The first kick off meeting was an important activity that marked the start of the project. On this meeting all important project topics were tackled like the main objectives, aims and goals of the project. Furthermore, there was a presentation of the project and all partners together brainstormed and had a table discussion about the project implementation. There were also some documents presented which the project coordinator prepared like the quality plan, evaluation plan and the dissemination plan which will help the partners be more informed of the project procedures. Timeline of next activities was formed together with clear division of roles and responsibilities among partners. The budget was discussed as well and clear financial guidelines were established. In this meeting there were total of 8 participants coming 2 per each organization and 3 from the host organization. Unfortunately, one participant from Enterjuegos, Spain did not make it to the meeting due to flight cancelation.
Lastly, the partners discussed the creation of the first deliverable which was the E-report of good practices. All partners together discussed and agreed on how they will get the information’s and resources. They set a fix timeline for collecting the interviews and delivering the final materials to the expert.
