Introduced to windsurfing at age 6, Iliana's passion for the sea was ignited early. This love evolved, and now she wears multiple hats - a windsurfing instructor, an eco-activist, and a designer. Beyond teaching, she's an advocate for the marine environment and has been integral in various causes like the Wind2Win initiative, aiming for a cleaner Black Sea coast.

She believes in the transformative power of the sea. "Engaging with the sea not only brings solace but also instills responsibility," she says. For her, caring for the oceans is a natural extension of her deep-rooted love for it.

Iliana's advocacy goes beyond the waves. She's involved in the upcoming documentary, "Science of the Sea" for the Institute of Oceanology in Varna, highlighting the importance of marine science and its critical role in our world.

To Iliana, change is incremental. Inspired by the lessons from the sea, she believes in persistence, assessing situations wisely, and consistently acting on them. She's a testament that every small action counts towards making a larger impact.
